Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
